Our wines are sourced from sustainably-farmed vineyards in the Sonoma Valley and surrounding mountain ranges. We only work with varietals we like to drink, looking to both the classic producers of California and the great table wines of Europe for inspiration.
We ferment in small lots using native yeasts, followed by a long élevage, sur lie in a combination of stainless steel and French oak. Most of our red wines are bottled unfiltered, so we recommend decanting off of any sediment that may have settled in the wine.
We only release a few thousand bottles per year. Each release is spontaneous and announced through our MAILING LIST. Everything is sold on a first come, first serve basis.
